Weekly Spiritual Literature Meeting
Everyone is welcome! Each meeting will be based on one of seven spiritual books. We’ll begin each session with a five-minute breathing meditation to become grounded in our intention. After choosing the text for the week, we’ll take turns reading a section of the book and then share our perspectives on the reading and how it relates to our life. supports self-discovery and community connection through listening and sharing.
Our mission with the fellowship is to merge many different spiritual communities into one conversation. These communities include but are not limited to, our yoga community, our Buddhist community, our plant-based community, our sober community, our Native American/sweat lodge community, our Kirtan community, our neighborhood project community, our ArtChurch community, our home-schooling community etc. This is a place to come and connect thru intimate and open-minded conversation. Everyone is to honor and respect everyone else’s identification and expression. This is a safe space for vulnerability, compassion and honesty. Each week there will be a speaker who shares a story of their life experience for 10-15 minutes.
There will be positions of service for people who are interested. For example. Door greeters, set up and breakdown positions, and chairperson positions will be available immediately
Donations are welcome.
