Moving Meditation with Clare
The moving meditation will focus on tuning into our higher self through breath work, repetition of asana, and mindfulness. You will learn how to quiet the nervous system and reach mind, body, and spirit connection. Be sure to bring a towel and additional clothes. The room will be very HOT.
In a search of my own self-mastery, I found yoga. My practice focuses on tuning into the inner teacher to guide us through life’s difficult circumstances. I strive to teach students how to tune into their energy and manifest their reality.
I received my 200-hour YTT from Black Yoga Magazine (BYM) in 2020. This training taught me the importance of implementing a culturally conscious practice into my life. You will notice that I teach various styles of yoga in my practice such as Hatha, Tantra, and Kundalini. I hope to inspire all of my students to find meaning in their practice with these teachings
